Lash Lift and Tint What is a lash lift and tint : What is a lash lift and tint ?  A lash lift uses a gentle cream formula made especially for ‘lifting’ lashes. Imagine a soft perm but for the lash line. This process works differently on different hair textures so the level of lift and curl can be either subtle or more noticeable. The effect of the lift with the added tint makes your natural lashes appear curlier and darker. Lash Lifts do not give more volume or extra length to your natural lashes; only a lash extension can do that. Lash Extensions: What are Lash extensions? The other is that lift and tints can last up to 6 weeks, depending on the time of year and the rate of your natural lash shedding cycle. The second reason this process may be best for you is the amount of maintenance needed. After the 1st 24 hours the only thing you really need to do for a lift and tint is to brush them daily and apply lash conditioner serum. Cons: Lash lifting and tinting is put on your natural lashes , if you have thin and/or short natural lashes the effect will not be dramatic. Something else to consider is that a lift and tint doesn’t lengthen or add any extra volume. Eyelash extensions before and after Lash Extensions Pro: With proper washing, conditioning and brushing you can have a beautiful set that last between 3-4 weeks. Extensions give you length, curl and volume something you cannot get from a lift and tint. A set of custom lashes can balance out your lash volume to make them fuller and ‘open’ your eyes so they appear larger. The best is you will never need mascara again when you get a custom set of new lashes. You create the dream set of lashes that you’ve always wanted. Cons: The level of maintenance is a bit more than lift and tint. The application time is longer, about 2-3 hours.
