Beauty Time Covid-19 Reopening Policy and Guidelines

What you need to know for your next appointment at Beauty Time salon.

  At the start of every shift all staff members and guests will have their temperature taken as stated in the government mandate.  All staff and guests will be asked if they are experiencing symptoms of any kind related to cold, flu or covid-19 . If you are feeling unwell please cancel your appointment and stay at home! In the interest of maintaining social distance we ask that you arrive at your appointment  2 minutes before your scheduled time and kindly wait outside until a team member greets you and brings you inside the salon. If you are unable to keep your appointment please cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time.. For more details please take a moment to review our updated cancellation policy. All clients will be asked to use hand sanitizer and wear masks at all times while inside the salon . If you arrive at the salon without a mask our receptionist will provide you with a complimentary mask. Hand washing stations and sanitation stations are provided in the salon and we ask that you use them before your treatment. Masks must be worn while getting your lash treatment. At this time we will no longer offer any beverages in the salon but you can bring your own from home. We are also no longer providing reading materials like magazines or pamphlets in the waiting area. We are also taking the further step of removing all blankets from our beds. In future our treatment beds will be covered in plastic that will be cleaned and sanitized after each guest. As per our existing safety precautions all tweezers and additional tools will be thoroughly disinfected after each treatment, and all disposable items will be discarded after each use. At this time we ask that you do not bring any additional guests like friends, children or spouses to your appointment. In an effort to maintain safety standards as set by Ottawa Health we ask that if possible all payments be made using tap or e-transfer. All POS machines will be disinfected after every use.
